This tab was selected open by default, and is shown in Vertical view. You can also show Tabs as a horizontal row running across the top rather than the left, shown in the Tab below.

You can include anything except other blocks, basically. Tables, images, embedded youtube videos, UCR Profiles. Tabs cannot take on a background color or background image, however.
